The US Supreme Court has ruled against the administration’s IEEPA tariffs, for those who think this is ‘game over’, they haven’t followed the play carefully.
The ruling was less of a surprise to many in the administration than what it seems. They knew this was real – and so preparations were already underway reinstating tariffs through other channels.
