The much anticipated Section 301 tariffs are now official. But unlike previous tariffs which applied specific tariff rates across most imports, the new Section 301 includes a lot of fine print.
In fact it could end up that the cost of determining which items face tariffs and which are exempt could cost more than simply paying a 10-12.5% tariff.
