Hilco Capital (UK) has purchased Oasis, Warehouse and smaller brand The Idle Man for an undisclosed amount.
Hilco, which used to own HMV, has acquired the labels and their outstanding clothing stock. The acquistion did not include the retailer’s physical stores.
The Oasis and Warehouse Group had been looking for a buyer before filing for administration. The coronavirus hit and forced all stores to shut putting the company is a desperate situation.
In addition to its online presence, Oasis and Warehouse operated only around 90 standalone branches, and were in about 400 department and speciality stores.
