As retail starts its slow recovery from the pandemic, orders are starting to flow back to key sourcing nations.

As manufacturers continue to recover from the pandemic, not everyone is optimistc. 

Surprisingly, Vietnam, which suffered the fewest infections during the pandemic, is the most pessimistic.  Bangladesh, on the other hand, is the most optimistic (other than China, which was up and running within a two months after being it with COVID-19).
