Airmee (Sweden), an AI-based “last mile” delivery platform, has raised €4.75 million from Swedish VC J12 Ventures. Due to the increase in home deliveries during the coronavirus pandemic, the company reached its end-of-year 2020 goals for daily volume as early as the second quarter, according to founder and CEO Julian Lee.
Airmee is a sustainability-minded logistics startup that partners with retail companies and courier services to make efficient deliveries in urban areas. Clients run the gamut, from pharmacies, such as Apotea and Meds, to e-retailers such as Babyshop, Lyko and Mathem.
