Crystal International Group Limited (Hong Kong) recently collaborated with The R Collective, an upcycled fashion brand.
R Collective has launched a fully traceable upcycled denim collection named Denim Reimagined, which aims to reduce waste and climate impact of garments.
The Denim Reimagined project, designed by the award-winning designer Jesse Lee and remade by Crystal International’s eco denim factory, is dedicated to putting back surplus denim into lifecycle to prolong denim’s lifespan.
This limited-edition collection features nine upcycled denim pieces that were remade from Levi’s aged inventory and irregular or leftover samples which were unsewn and unstitched.
The items were restitched and resewed the items into new denim pieces while maintaining the authenticity of the denim products at Zhongshan Yida Apparel Limited, Crystal’s eco model denim factory.
Each piece in the collection is fully traceable thanks to using EVRYTHING digital identity technology from Avery Dennison.
