Unifi, Inc. (USA) has announced that its completed the sale of its 34% interest in Parkdale America, LLC. The stake was sold back to Parkdale in an all-cash transaction for $60.0 million.
- Net sales for the company’s third quarter ending March 30, were $171.0 million , down 5.0%, compared to $180.0 million for the third quarter of the previous year.
- Operating income was $3.1 million, compared to $0.8 million a year ago.
