THE SITUATION IN MARCH
Heading at a fast pace toward the end of the first quarter of the year – most people are wondering where the time went!
The sentiment from brands is fairly optimistic. That’s the good thing about managed expectations. When you are expecting the worst (a recession, a return of the ‘21-22 logistics nightmare) anything better than that seems good.
Turns out, most major economies have avoided falling into a recession. And, while freight rates surged in January and February, capacity was available and shipment delays were more predictable and manageable.
