Bed Bath & Beyond (USA) is preparing to reopen 600 of its stores. The home textiles and furnishings retailer expects to have at least half of its 1,500 stores open by June 13.
The store reopenings will bring 11,000 furloughed employees back to work.
Curbside pick up will be available at about 90% of its stores.
“Our financial flexibility allows us to take this patient, market-by-market approach, while we invest in rebuilding our business and introducing new services,” said Mark Tritton, President & CEO, in a statement.
