In a world that prizes productivity, a move backwards is cause for concern.  However it wasn’t until Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff called out his staff in a Slack message which made its way to social media, that leadership at a range of companies started to recognize the same problem in their organizations – and realized that it needed to be addressed.
